The training time is so important -- companies often delay making changes which they know will benefit them, just because they have to wait for some slow time to accommodate the learning curve.

The real impressive things about this, to me, are: the speed of delivery and the small amount of training time needed by Hall Street Storage to start using the new system.

Speed of delivery - what can I say? While I was not on this particular project, I know my fellow teammates. We are good in a crunch. That and a set of reusable tools that we have developed over time make building the body of a system streamlined, and that just leaves us to fill in the guts based on each client's set of business rules and workflow.

Little Training - as most custom systems should be, it is basically your idea and design... this is how you already work, we are just making it more efficient and robust, so training is just showing you where to do what you already know how to do, quicker.

Good job, team!
